Content Policy
Anonymous feedback helps correct tools, but it is reviewed before publication and never changes a game rule automatically.
Useful submissions
Keep comments directly related to the tool, a reproducible game-version or platform difference, incorrect data, a failed troubleshooting step, or a concrete feature request. Explain what you observed and distinguish an observation from a guess.
Do not submit
- Do not include personal information, private messages, credentials, payment data, or confidential material.
- No harassment, hate, threats, sexual exploitation, graphic abuse, or targeted humiliation.
- No impersonation, deceptive claims of official status, or fabricated evidence.
- No copyrighted material you lack permission to share, except short quotations reasonably needed to identify and discuss a source.
- No advertising, affiliate links, repetitive promotion, spam, malware, or attempts to bypass moderation and rate limits.
Moderation and evidence
New comments remain private until approved. We may approve, reject, hide, or permanently delete them when reasonably needed for moderation or safety. A single community report is treated as a possible cause, not a confirmed game rule. Published corrections still require independent review.
Copyright and content reports
Use the email listed on the Contact page to identify the material, its page URL, the right or policy involved, why removal or correction is requested, and how we can reply. Submit only accurate, good-faith reports. We may request reasonable information to verify authority and may remove or restrict material while reviewing a report.
Corrections and appeals
If your approved comment is inaccurate, outdated, or should be removed, send its page, approximate date, and a short quotation by email. If your content was rejected, you may explain why it complies; publication remains a moderation decision and is not guaranteed.
Unofficial status
GameToolsmith is independent and unofficial. User comments must not imply affiliation, approval, certification, partnership, or endorsement by a game developer, publisher, platform, or community moderator.
